Brian’s journey began at age 17 as a dedicated “plant rat,” starting as a co-op student at Rockwell Automotive (now Meritor) before pursuing his education at GMI Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University). Over the past 25 years, he has built a rich and diverse career, holding roles in engineering, quality, operations, service delivery, business development, marketing, and sales.

His extensive experience spans working with Fortune 500 giants, small and medium-sized enterprises, and startups across every continent. This broad exposure has given Brian a unique perspective on the complexities of bringing new products to market—ensuring they are not only innovative but also manufacturable and profitable in today’s competitive global landscape.

With rapid advancements in technology, Brian sees an exciting opportunity to revolutionize engineering and manufacturing processes—improving product performance by 10% to 50%. By challenging conventional thinking, applying a consultative approach, and leveraging Digital Engineering tools and new manufacturing technologies, Brian empowers clients to achieve transformative results.

Brian holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University. He resides in Rochester, MI, with his wife and two children.
